Gets Along With: Elsbeth does well with other dogs. We haven't seen her with kids or cats but she can be tested.
Currently Living at: DC area foster home.
Elsbeth is Looking For: Her second chance at love. This sweet senior, through no fault of her own, ended up in the shelter. She's looking ahead to when she once again has her own family. Yes, she's a senior - a senior whose sniffer still works great and is eager to go on sniffy walks by her human's side, exploring her world. You know what else works perfectly? Her heart - she's full of love and wants to lavish all that affection upon her family.
Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed - yes, on her wish list as well, but what she wants most of all is to be safe and cherished and under her own roof for all her days. What do you say? Are you this sweet girl's soft landing? She promises so much loyalty and love in exchange.
What My Foster Says About Me: Elsbeth is very sweet. She loves to snuggle, go on walks, and play with other dogs at the dog park. She follows me around and jumps right into my lap on the couch. She doesn’t chew or get into things around the house. Elsbeth gets along with my dog and is doing very well with her house training.
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
