QUINN NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name:  Quinn         Best Guess for Breed:  Beagle and hound mix

Best Guess for Age:   4 years as of March 2024        SEX:  Male

Approximate Weight: 20 lbs

Gets Along With:   Other dogs! We haven't seen him with kids or cats but he can be tested

Currently Living at:  DC area foster home.

Special adoption considerations: Quinn is shy and needs to go to a home with a welcoming resident dog to show him the ropes. Because of his shy personality, we do not recommend him for a home with children under the age of 12.

Quinn is Looking For: His forever family! This sweetie had a home and ended up in the shelter due to no fault of his own. He's looking forward to his new chapter, eagerly awaiting all the sniffy walks he will get with his new humans (that beagle nose!), romps in the park, and all the adventures they can dream up. He's well out of the puppy yips and as a wise, experienced dog, knows what's most important in life: Being safe and loved and under his own roof, and that's right at the top of his wish list.

In exchange, he offers all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags he's stockpiling at the shelter - lots of laughs at his doggy antics - and loyal companionship for all his days. What do you say? Is Quinn the one for your home and your heart?

What My Foster Says About Me: Quinn is a very sweet, playful, and energetic guy who loves gong for long sniffy walks. He is most comfortable with dogs his own size and is a bit fearful of strange men. Quinn is a smart dog who enjoys learning new things. Quinn has learned sit and stay; he is currently working on leave it and down.

Even though he is 4 years old, he still has a lot of puppy energy. He enjoys wrestling and would love a sibling to play with all day long. He can jump up to 4 feet and enjoys dog puzzles. A caution to those living in apartments with thin walls: Quinn likes to sing the song of his people so expect to hear some Beagle howls.
